TERMS & CONDITIONS: I agree to fully reimburse Bailey’s Run for any damages caused by myself, my companion or my dog that may incur during my stay. If I need to cancel my stay I agree to give a full 7 days notice to receive a full refund. If less than 7 days, I agree that Bailey’s Run will retain $150 to cover food and preparation costs. Rescheduling my stay at a different date, providing there is availability, is an alternative to cancellation. Aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated from guests or their dogs and you will be asked to find other accommodations immediately, no refund will be given.
